TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agree to accept my Terms of Service
DRAWING GUIDELINES
WILL DRAW: Humans, chibis, OCs, real people, animals, creatures, Pokemon, fan art, ship art (PG-13 and below).
MAY DRAW (Ask first): Mecha/detailed armor, furry/anthro, highly detailed backgrounds or scenes.
WON'T DRAW: NSFW, extreme violence or gore, explicit sexual content, hateful or offensive imagery.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I do not feel comfortable (either with the content or if I believe it is out of my current skill level).
PAYMENT
Payment is 50% up front / 50% after completion OR 100% up front, customer's decision.
All prices are in USD. (Please account for exchange rates.)
I will start working on your commissions only after I have received your first payment.
Payment is through Paypal only. I will send you an invoice for your records after we have agreed upon the commission details.
Payments are non-refundable once I have started work on your commission.
USAGE
Commissions are for private and personal use only. You may repost your commission online or use it as a profile picture/banner with credit to me. (Via link to my social media profile.)
No commercial use unless previously agreed upon. (Please ask in advance if you wish to discuss commercial use.)
No tracing, editing, or reselling my commission work.
No using my commission work for any kind of AI art training.
No minting or selling my commission work as NFTs.
PROCESS
Please have reference images and/or written descriptions ready. (Design services will incur an extra fee.)
I will send WIP images at 3 points of the process: Upon finishing the (1) sketch, (2) lineart, and (3) coloring. You can ask at any point during the process if you would like more WIP images.
Once I have started work on the commission, I can make 1 major revision (i.e., Drawing a different character, significantly changing the pose past sketch phase, significantly changing the colors past coloring phase, etc...) for free. Any further revisions will incur an extra fee.
I will fix any mistakes I have made due to my own misinterpretation for free.
All commissions will be added to my portfolio, may be posted to my social media accounts, and may be used to advertise future commissions. (Please ask in advance if you wish to keep your commission private.)
Turnaround time depends on my current workload and the complexity of the commission, but is typically between 8-12 weeks. (Please ask in advance if you require rush service or have a specific deadline.)
